The vacation home is in an isolated location on a former military site of
the German Armed Forces. This I have acquired from 25 years, lay for a long
time in the Sleeping Beauty sleep and was extensively renovated in the
period 2020 - 2023. It is situated on a hill in solitary position embedded
in vineyards on the western and southern side and forest on the eastern and
northern side. An excellent distant view of the nearby Soonwald forest
promises breathtaking sunsets. Since it is a former Bundeswehr building, the
premises are comparatively large and wheelchair accessible. Thus, the new
kitchen is more than 20 m2 in size and equipped with fitted kitchen to the
latest standard with oven, stove, microwave, freezer-fridge combination and
already has 8 seats.

The outdoor area offers a covered terrace, as well as a barbecue area for
nice barbecues under the open sky and a fenced lot of about 2 hectares, or 5

Those who come with an EV can charge their EV at self-cost
reimbursement at the 11 kW / 22 kW charging station.
